Permit records naming the roofer aren't available for the Tampa area yet. Ask the company to pull the permit in its own name and give you the permit number.

Reviews from homeowners who prove the job with a signed contract and final invoice. Each one will answer the questions that matter most with roofers:

• Final price within 10% of the signed contract
• Permit pulled and passed final inspection
• Manufacturer warranty registered in the homeowner's name
• Deposit size, and whether they came door-to-door after a storm
• Any offer to waive the deductible or take over the insurance claim
• Cleanup, follow-up fixes, and whether the crew was the company hired

Verified homeowners only. Reviews can't be bought, hidden, or deleted by the company.
