Permit history

We didn't match any roofing permits to Spencer Roofs Inc. in City of Chicago building permits (Express Permit reroofing). Permits can be filed under a different name or in a city we don't cover, so this is not evidence of unpermitted work and isn't counted against the company.

• Final price within 10% of the signed contract
• Permit pulled and passed final inspection
• Manufacturer warranty registered in the homeowner's name
• Deposit size, and whether they came door-to-door after a storm
• Any offer to waive the deductible or take over the insurance claim
• Cleanup, follow-up fixes, and whether the crew was the company hired
