New Look Roofs reviews

What the records show

New Look Roofs has a 5-star Google rating from 4 reviews. Its earliest public record (oldest Google review) is from 2023.

Facts only, from the public sources listed on this page. We don't make judgments about companies.

License

We couldn't match a record in Illinois IDFPR (Department of Financial and Professional Regulation) to this company by name. Licenses are often held under a different legal name, so this isn't counted against the company. Ask for the license number and look it up yourself.

Permit history

We didn't match any roofing permits to New Look Roofs in City of Chicago building permits (Express Permit reroofing). Permits can be filed under a different name or in a city we don't cover, so this is not evidence of unpermitted work and isn't counted against the company.

Reviews from homeowners who prove the job with a signed contract and final invoice. Each one will answer the questions that matter most with roofers:

• Final price within 10% of the signed contract
• Permit pulled and passed final inspection
• Manufacturer warranty registered in the homeowner's name
• Deposit size, and whether they came door-to-door after a storm
• Any offer to waive the deductible or take over the insurance claim
• Cleanup, follow-up fixes, and whether the crew was the company hired

Verified homeowners only. Reviews can't be bought, hidden, or deleted by the company.
